Refund policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong item. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at zoulfullashes@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item with details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures with original packaging and unworn lashes, that you consider defective at zoulfullashes@gmail.com If you wear the lashes and find them defective after we are not responsible and you cannot get a refund or exchange.
*** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Damaged Items in Transport
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777). If there are any damages to your items contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at zoulfullashes@gmail.com
